Returns
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return any unused, unopened product in brand-new condition within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
Here’s what you need to know:
-Keep the packaging intact and include any accessories.
-Returns need to be started and shipped back within 30 days from delivery.
-Make sure you have proof of purchase from our site.
-Heads-up: Return shipping fees are on you.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 10-15 business days. Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.
What’s not refundable:
-Bulk or wholesale orders are final sales.
-Gift cards can’t be returned.
-Sorry, we don’t refund shipping fees unless there’s a problem with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us ASAP. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs).
Cancel Order
Before Shipment: Changed your mind? No worries—email us if your order hasn’t shipped yet, and we’ll cancel it.
After Shipment: Once it’s on its way, we can’t cancel it.
